3. Third-Party Integrations
Our platform integrates with third-party advertising services including Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads. When you connect these services:
- We request only the minimum permissions necessary to read your advertising data
- OAuth tokens are encrypted using AES-256 encryption before storage
- We access your ad campaign performance data (impressions, clicks, conversions, spend)
- We do not modify your ad campaigns or spending
- You can disconnect integrations at any time from your Settings page

5. SMS Communications and Mobile Data
Dwell Insights sends SMS messages to users and contacts who have provided explicit opt-in consent. These messages may include account notifications, sign-in verification codes, support communications, and messages sent on behalf of your organization through our platform.
- You may opt in to SMS messaging by providing your mobile number and checking the consent box in your Profile settings.
- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may re-subscribe by replying START.

SMS Data Non-Disclosure Statement
Mobile information will not be shared with, sold, or conveyed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption of sensitive credentials, secure HTTPS connections, and role-based access controls within workspaces. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. When you disconnect a third-party integration, associated tokens and synced campaign data are removed from our systems.
